Submit now for the Austin Music Video Festival – June 8th deadline!

The Austin Music Video Festival isn’t happening until September, but right now is the time to submit if you’re a musician or director and have a banging video you want to enter.

You can win cash prizes and awards, and get your work and music played on the big screens around Austin during the festival. The AMVFest want submissions of the best music videos in the world regardless of popularity, budget, labels, or year, so it’s basically a free for all.

You don’t have to be an Austin-based musician to enter; however, there is a special prize (the ‘Alright Alright Alright’ award) reserved just for Austin artists. There’s also a special category for student submitted videos, which is pretty cool. The final deadline is June 8th, so get on it!

Videos are submitted using FilmFreeway which is super easy to use.
